You may have to add water to create the right consistency to create the ball.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Cover dough with plastic wrap; let dough rest for 30 minutes.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Prepare the noodles using one of the following methods: a.) Set and roll out dough on a floured surface, using a rolling pin to roll it as thin as possible. Cut to desired width.&nbsp; b.) Using a pasta extruder, dip hands in olive oil and form small balls to place into the pasta extruder intake.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>Drop noodles into boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
