Happy Birthday, brother! I know you are busy packing and are excited to move back home to Cranbrook. I’m not as excited\u2014I’m going to miss you. Life stage changes can be emotionally difficult; there’s no other choice other than accept them with as much grace<\/em> as one can muster. Meanwhile, I wanted to find a way to celebrate the connection that we had when you were here and found this artwork by my daughter that best illustrates our love and connection:

\nIn case you didn’t know, the word “present” meant that no matter where you are, you are ever-present in our lives. We all appreciate how much you work to stay connected with family. You have long been our “rock”.<\/p>\n
