{"id":2769,"date":"2014-05-23T12:45:31","date_gmt":"2014-05-23T18:45:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/melacey.com\/blog\/?p=2769"},"modified":"2015-03-03T12:50:29","modified_gmt":"2015-03-03T19:50:29","slug":"unbaked-fruit-chocolates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/melacey.com\/blog\/books\/tnt-tried-n-true-recipes\/unbaked-fruit-chocolates\/","title":{"rendered":"Unbaked Fruit Chocolates"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Unbaked Fruit Chocolates<\/h1>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5 dried dates<\/li>\n<li>11 apricots<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c cacao powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp agave nectar<\/li>\n<li>pinch salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c unsweetened coconut<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c &nbsp;hazelnuts<\/li>\n<li>crushed nuts or extra fine coconut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>\nPlace all ingredients into electric chopper and chop until mixture is blended together. Place all in a pile on wax paper then use the paper to make a 1\/2 inch diameter tube roll. Place into fridge until cool for about an hour. Remove the paper and cut into 1\/2 inch with a warm wet knife.
