and
\nmy heart
\n<\/strong> to remain open.<\/p>\n

I shall dissolve<\/h2>\n

the wall I may build
\nto protect my ego
\nwith a habit of forgiveness.<\/p>\n

Compassion and patience<\/h2>\n

will remain my focus<\/p>\n

as I breathe in
\ntreasured life and
\nbreathe out
\nanxiety.<\/p>\n
