Unbaked Fruit Chocolates
Ingredients
- 5 dried dates
- 11 apricots
- 1/2 c cacao powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- pinch salt
- 1/2 c unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 c hazelnuts
- crushed nuts or extra fine coconut
Directions
Place all ingredients into electric chopper and chop until mixture is blended together. Place all in a pile on wax paper then use the paper to make a 1/2 inch diameter tube roll. Place into fridge until cool for about an hour. Remove the paper and cut into 1/2 inch with a warm wet knife. Coat with crushed nuts and place in candy dish.
