- 2 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
Combine and store in airtight container away from heat, light and moisture (away from stove, dishwasher, sink or window). Seasoning blends store from 1 to 2 years; use appearance, smell and taste test to check.
Note: refrigerate capsicums, members of the red pepper family (paprika, chili powder), to retain colour and guard against infestation.
